Anthony Kosior is the Director of Utilities and Engineering for Yale University. Mr. Kosior is responsible for managing and directing all engineering and energy management functions for the Office of Facilities in support of campus operations and capital program work at all of Yale’s campuses. Additionally, Mr. Kosior is responsible for managing utilities operations for all three of Yale’s central power plants, purchased commodities, capital re-investment planning in support campus infrastructure / power plant system improvements and long term utilities master planning with focus on operational resiliency and energy efficiency to meet the growing needs of the University. Mr. Kosior has been with Yale University since 2007.
Prior to working for Yale, he worked for 13 years within the energy services industry, where he was responsible for all aspects of energy analysis, design and construction management of energy improvements including, cogeneration plants, boiler and chiller plant replacements, and other energy efficiency based projects.
Mr. Kosior received his BSME from Hofstra University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of NY as well as a Certified Energy Manager. Mr. Kosior has amassed mechanical design/energy services experience since 1993.
