Shaela Collins loves horses, positivity, getting things done and complex policy. She uses her two plus decades of legal and energy experience to develop and implement strategies that advance sustainable, clean and low-carbon energy policies to promote a healthy planet, a thriving society and safe, reliable and affordable energy services. She enjoys managing the strategy, details and multidisciplinary teams involved in bringing projects to completion with collaboration, compassion and leadership.
Shaela joined Shell in 2022 as a senior power policy adviser focused on accelerating the transition to a clean energy future. In this new role at Shell, she is building on her utility industry career as a regulatory policy executive, attorney, state regulator and industry association leader.
She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston and the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Shaela and her husband, Scott, have two children, two dogs and a horse.
