30 Years of NEECE: Energizing New England’s Past, Present and Future
This year’s joint regional energy conference, New England Energy Conference and Exposition (NEECE24), will take place in person in Mystic, CT, on June 4-5. We will kick off the event with two networking options on June 4 and meet at the Mystic Hilton on June 5 for a day filled with substantive panel discussions focused on competitive power markets. Competitive markets have reliably powered homes and businesses at the lowest cost for over two decades. Today, these markets face challenges from extreme weather, growing demand to meet sector electrification and artificial intelligence applications, and climate goals requiring emissions-free generation. Join us for a look at why competitive power markets were formed and for dialogue on the innovations underway and those needed to ensure customers continue to have reliable, affordable and cleaner energy as we look toward 2050.
The Conference agenda is designed to appeal to a broad-ranging audience including: generation companies, transmission companies, project developers and operators, utility representatives, load aggregators and end-users, equipment suppliers, finance and legal experts, risk managers, environmental and engineering professionals, commodity traders and wholesalers, as well as government officials and industry regulators. In addition to the informational content of the seminar sessions and exhibitor displays, the Conference has proven to be a great opportunity to meet other attendees and host clients.
