Daniel Gatti is Director of Clean Transportation Policy for Massachusetts Executive Office of
Energy and Environmental Affairs, where he oversees Massachusetts’ efforts to transition to
clean transportation technologies. Daniel has over 10 years of experience as an advocate for
clean transportation policies, most recently as Senior Transportation Analyst for the Union of
Concerned Scientists. During that time Daniel conducted analysis that has demonstrated the
potential of electric vehicles to dramatically reduce emissions from transportation, advocated
for the first overall limits on transportation pollution in the Northeast, and helped conduct
analysis that demonstrates the inequitable exposure of communities of color to pollution from
transportation. Daniel graduated from Georgetown University Law School in 2008.
