Kate Boucher is an experienced professional in New England energy policy with over a decade of dedicated work in the field. She describes herself as an “energy nerd” and has a background that includes legal work in Connecticut state service, private law practice, and in-house roles focusing on complex energy and utility regulatory and policy matters.
In her current role, Kate is a member of the ISO New England Legal Department, where she concentrates on wholesale markets issues. She holds degrees from Quinnipiac University and the University of Maine at Farmington.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys beekeeping and making jam in her free time.
