Morgan Steacy is the VP of Connections & Strategic Accounts for National Grid in Massachusetts. The Connections & Strategic Accounts organization leads strategic customer relationship management and facilitates new customer connections for electric, gas, large scale renewables and distributed generation.
Prior to National Grid, Morgan led business development at a Series B startup funded by NVIDIA and held leadership and direct account management roles at GE Vernova. Morgan utilizes customer vision, market dynamics, regulatory policy to drive mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
She is committed to developing the talent pipeline for the energy sector. Throughout her career, Morgan has dedicated time in leadership roles supporting Edison Electric Institute, Worcester Polytechnic Institute recruiting, Boston Young Professionals in Energy, Babson’s Women’s network, and IEEE Power and Energy Society Scholarship Plus program. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
